Russian Toy Puppies from a Dedicated California Breeder

Little Royal Hearts is a small, home-based Russian Toy kennel in Sacramento, California — one of the few breeders in the USA dedicated exclusively to this rare breed. Our sires and dams carry European champion bloodlines and are AKC-registered, and every puppy is born and raised inside our home, handled daily from the first week of life.

Every Russian Toy puppy leaves us vaccinated, dewormed, vet-checked and with a written health guarantee. We stay in touch for the dog's entire life — when you take a puppy from us, you get a breeder who answers your questions years later, not just on pickup day.

We are based in Sacramento and serve families across all 50 states: puppies can be picked up in person in Northern California or travel to you with a trusted flight nanny. If none of our current puppies is the right match, join the waitlist — new litters are planned carefully and announced to the list first.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a Russian Toy puppy cost?

Our Russian Toy puppies are typically priced between $3,000 and $5,000 depending on color, size, and show potential. Rare colors such as lilac and true micro-sized puppies are at the higher end of the range. The price always includes vaccinations, deworming, a vet check and a written health guarantee.

Do you ship puppies across the USA?

Yes. We are located in Sacramento, California, and our puppies join families across all 50 states. We work with experienced flight nannies who carry the puppy in-cabin — the safest way for a toy breed to travel. Local families are always welcome to pick up in person.

Do your puppies come with a health guarantee?

Yes. Every puppy leaves with a written health guarantee, full vaccination records and a recent veterinary examination. Our breeding dogs are health-tested, and we are always available for questions for the lifetime of the dog.

How do I reserve a puppy?

Contact us through the inquiry form and tell us a little about your family. We review every application to make the right match, then a deposit reserves your chosen puppy until pickup or delivery. Waitlist members get first pick of new litters.

How big do Russian Toys get?

The Russian Toy is one of the smallest breeds in the world: most adults weigh 4–6 pounds and stand 8–11 inches tall. Despite the tiny size, they are sturdy, athletic little dogs with a lifespan of 12–14 years.
